Kwik Zip offers substantial cost savings of up to 40% over traditional vinyl signage methods. Vehicles do not have to be supplied with smooth alloy bodies onto which vinyl signage is directly applied, nor do they need spray painting.
Quality never seen before in outdoor media. Graphics are tensioned within a frame system as tight as a drum and will not flap in the wind, even on motorways, giving a seamless finish.
With the fitting of a divider bar, two messages can be displayed on one vehicle side giving you creative freedom. This can reduce the cost of any changeout as only one section of the graphic need be changed to support your current campaign message. Divider bars can be fitted anywhere along the graphic, giving proportions to suit you. The tension of the graphics will not be affected.
The graphics are guaranteed for 3 years although in our experience they last for 5 years or more.
Graphics are printed on a specially developed material and coated with a special UV top coat. This means they will not fade and can withstand jet washing and brush cleaning.
We use premium quality material, tried and tested to cope with the daily workings of refuse vehicles without compromising on visual impact. In the unlikely event that graphics are damaged, they can be easily repaired, quickly and efficiently. You do not need to replace the entire graphic!

We routinely use mechanical fittings for our system as they are strong, enable fast fitting times and can be fitted under any conditions, inside or out, in any weather. There is no need for the use of the controlled environment of a workshop.
We can mechanically fit or bond our frame system to almost any vehicle side. We prefer mechanical fixings as this provides a far quicker installation time, only a couple of hours per vehicle and can be fitted under any conditions, inside or out, any weather. If you would prefer to have the system bonded to the vehicle we can do this too, although the installation time will be increased as a controlled environment is required for fitting and more time is needed for the glue to set prior to tensioning the graphics in place.
EPIC Media’s frame can very easily be removed at the end of the vehicle’s serviceable life or term of contract/lease hire. We will re-instate the vehicle to its original condition to satisfy all parties concerned. You can even re-use this frame for your new vehicles!! How’s that for re-cycling!!
